Volunteer Project Manager 【Code: VPM (VAC)】
Responsibilities:
Management of volunteer projects, and planning and development of new service programmes to achieve the expected outcome.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree or a high diploma, preferably in social work or in a social science discipline
- 5 years working experience with a minimum of 3 years in supervisory level, experience in NGO will be an advantage. Candidates with lower academic qualifications but substantial relevant working experience would be considered.
- Innovative, mature, resourceful and independent with solid experience in organizing volunteering projects
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well and flexibly with different professionals and volunteers
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
- Proficient PC knowledge, familiar with Windows, MS office, internet
- Immediate availability is preferred
