Responsibilities:

  1. To produce monthly financial consolidation and management reporting
  2. To supervise the overall operation and preparation of various financial reports in a timely manner
  3. To assist Finance & Administration Manager to establish, implement and improve accounting related procedures and controls;
  4. To liaise with department heads, bankers, auditors and funding bodies

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance
  2. CPA or ACCA certificate stage/ finalist
  3. At least 3-5 yrs relevant experience in handling full set of Accounts, preparing management reports, monthly financial reports, fund flow statement and budgeting
  4. Proficient PC knowledge, familiar with MS office, application of Peachtree/ ERP & MRP system/ MYOB/Flexsystem
  5. Consolidation of financial statements experience is essential
    - Mature, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    - Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English would be preferable
    - Immediate availability be a definite advantage
