Payment Method
Participants or contact person of the Walk team are invited to collect all the sponsorship forms and donations (ATM receipt, deposit receipt or crossed cheque) and send to us by post or fax by 30 December, 2011 (Friday). Make photocopy for own record if necessary.
Donation Receipt
Tax-deductible receipt will be issued for donation of HK$100 or above to the participant within 1 month. The participant / contact person of participating team please help distribute such receipts to individual sponsors.
Notes to Participants
- Participants are encouraged to enroll in teams.
- Participants under 15 of age should be accompanied by their parents or an adult.
- Please arrange transportation to / from the venue.
- Please bring sufficient food and drink for the event. Contact duty officers for assistance if you are exhausted or feeling sick during the Walk.
- Participants should act responsibly throughout the event to ensure his / her own safety and the safety of others.
- Follow the instructions of duty officers. Do not litter, keep the route clean.
- A certificate of appreciation will be issued to each participant after the completion of the Walk at the terminal.
- AVS will take out personal accident insurance for participants aged 3 to 70.
- AVS reserves the final decision on awards, souvenirs and all the arrangements.
- The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of programme and promoting volunteering, and under the protection of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
