Enrollment Deadline

18/9/2015 (Friday)

Participant must submit the enrollment form, donation / sponsorship form, minimum donation and transaction record (refer to “Payment Method” for details) in person, by mail or fax to Agency for Volunteer Service on or before the enrollment deadline.
