The 9th Hong Kong Volunteer Award (Award) is a biennial event to pay tribute to volunteers’ outstanding performance and achievements, and also business corporations for their contributions and accomplishments in promoting volunteering, to showcase and provide exemplary volunteering models to society, raising the volunteer profile and social recognition on volunteerism.

AVS launches the Award virtually. Mr Philip Chen Nan Lok, GBS, JP, Chairman of the Award Judging Panel and Dr Shum Chi Wang, MH, Chairman of Agency for Volunteer Service recognize the contributions of volunteers. The Diamond Sponsor, Henderson Land Group, the Gold Sponsor, Volunteer Service Trust, the Silver Sponsors, Etta Trading Co., Ltd., Swire Properties and Yee On (Group) Ltd. and Mr Paul Fan Chor Ho, SBS, JP, Chairman of the Award Organizing Committee appealed for nominations and entries to recognize the contributions of those who deserved.
