Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Please make sure participants are medically and physically fit to participate in the AVS Charity Run & Walk for Volunteering 2018 (the "Event")
  2. All funds raised by participants directly or indirectly for the Event shall be donated in full to Agency for Volunteer Service (AVS). Participants shall not seek to raise funds for any other purpose through the Event.
  3. AVS will insure for participants aged 0 to 85 with personal accident.
  4. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adult.
  5. The Event will be postponed / cancelled if a red or black rainstorm signal or a tropical cyclone signal No.3 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 5:00am on the Event day. Announcement will be made through media, further arrangement of the Event will be posted on AVS website.
  6. If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances, no refund of donations and transportation fee (applicable for V-Run only) will be made.
  7. Photos and videos will be taken at the Event for volunteer service promotion.
  8. AVS reserves the right to make final decision and edit the terms and conditions on all matters in relation to the Event without prior notice.
  9. AVS reserves the right to limit or to decline entries without providing any reasons.
  10. AVS reserves the right to modify event info without prior notice.
  11. Your participations will imply your consent to all the arrangements by AVS.
  12. Participant will receive an Event T-shirt and a souvenir pack (quantity are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis).
  13. The size of event t-shirt requested is not guaranteed, subject to availability and on first come, first served basis.
  14. The organizer can prepare an A3 size handheld foam board for Walk Teams with 10 people or above.
