1.1 To provide training and related professional services to strengthen the confidence and skills of volunteers, in order to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of volunteer service;
1.2 To provide training and related professional services to assist organizations and individuals utilizing volunteer service in the better management of volunteer resources;
1.3 To develop, organize, and utilize the training systems and resources, so as to achieve the objectives.
