4C Youth Volunteer Leadership Project
"4C Youth Volunteer Leadership Project" was launched in 2009. Through volunteer training, planning and implementing services, and reflection, the youth leaders learn to appreciate their strengths, build confidence and equip themselves to overcome challenges. The Project also fosters the youth’s holistic development and nurtures their healthy personalities and civic awareness.

Project Content
Through the 4C (Confidence, Care, Commitment, Courage) development model, it fosters the youth’s holistic development and nurtures their healthy personalities and civic awareness. The Project also facilitates schools to build student volunteer teams and supports the youth volunteer leaders to mobilize their fellow schoolmates to volunteer, in order that the spirit of volunteerism could be cultivated and students would care more about the needs of the disadvantaged.

Introduction
With the theme of "Gen “C” x Companionship", this year is focusing the collaboration between the new and old generations. From understanding oneself to building teams, students and team mentors will explore and discover various service-needs communities. By integrating the creativity of youth with the experience of volunteers, they will collaboratively plan genuine services that meet the needs of society and the target service groups. The Project aims to gear up students as comprehensive volunteer leaders and to provide "Real Service".
